A small community of 93 homes make up our association. Located in Minooka, IL. We have three community ponds and a park that are available to our residents for their pleasure. The Village of Minooka is a charming community founded in 1869 along the route of the Rock Island Railroad. Minooka is Pottawatomie for "Good Land".
